Parmigiano Reggiano

Since we were not able to go to Italy this summer we brought Italy to us.

You never know what is going to happen when you host an Italian in your home. (See previous post on Micah's cars). Matteo was staying with us last month and his Dad from Italy showed up at our door. (We did not know he was in the states on business). He happens to be the president of a Parmesan cheese company. So he brought four huge samples. Yum.
